We are an established custom home building company in North Texas looking for a residential construction superintendent. The qualified candidate MUST have a minimum of two (2) years experience as a home builder or residential construction superintendent with extensive knowledge of all aspects of residential construction. Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record, able to pass a drug test. Candidate must be self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects, supervise sub-contractors and keep project in budget. Must be proficient with computers and able to use Microsoft office, word, & excel. We are looking for someone to be part of a growing team in a family type atmosphere.
