ServiceNow Lead / Architect ; with experience in the

IT Industry. This is a

12 Months contract opportunity with possible extension and is located in

Required Skills:

• Provides oversight and guidance on system design, maintenance, and implementation of corporate and client ServiceNow instances. Works closely with Developers and Systems Architects to develop road maps for applications, align development plans, and ensures effective integration among information systems and the IT infrastructure.
  Monitors technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards as well as emerging business requirements.
  Develops or configures using application standards or methods; uses pair-programming, test-driven development, or other agile methods. Follows code quality standards and tools. Conducts code reviews for developers.
  Mentors Developers and Administrators resources in best practices for implementation methodology, configuration, and maintenance of the solution.
  Contributes meaningfully to new business and Vendor Partnership Program(s).
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  BS degree in related field of study with a minimum of 4 years of experience, or equivalent combination of certifications, experience and/or education.
  Domain, Solution or Enterprise Architect certification desired.
• Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) certifications or experience required.
  For ServiceNow positions, ServiceNow Certification(s) expected.
  Customer Service Management (CSM) Certified Implementation Specialist or two years of equivalent experience require
