Job Details
Provide technical support to partner engineering teams via email and phone conversations
Work closely with client engineering teams and provide technical details/instructions
Maintain quality partner relationships from a technical perspective
Hold regular meetings with partner PMs and Engineering teams to discuss roadmaps, technical integrations, etc.
Meet partner deadlines for delivery of drivers such as certification requirements, security reviews, etc.
Discuss partner goals and help identify/provide solutions
Assist with integration efforts by detailing driver functionality and features, best practices, etc.
Identify partner trends, use cases, and potential market opportunity and clearly relay this information to the engineering team (so they can plan their roadmap accordingly)
Lead a team of support agents to help assist with fulfilling obligations of partnership
Hold client calls to pitch driver technology for potential partners
1 year experience with backend Java, JDBC, API, and SQL
Troubleshooting and debugging skills
Client facing interaction is a must
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
