Job Details
This role's primary focus is on case and issue management, user instruction, investigating problems and fixing issues. This role will be answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inbound communication on cases via email or web portal.

The MMBSI Analyst Program is a 2.5 year rotational experience designed to expose you to the many areas of direct client work across banking, treasury, and underwriting with client-facing work, as well as extensions of these functions through strategic project work and more.
