For Victorian based employees, the compliance date is 26 November 2021.All other global Boeing locations do not have a vaccination requirement at this time.Boeing Global Services is seeking a Boeing Global Services Associate Supply Chain Specialist within the Fighter/DLA Execution Organization in Dallas, TX or Saint Louis, MO . The successful candidates will be expected to assist in the execution of spares for a U.S. Government Military customers. The candidates will ensure customer delivery requirements are met, and will work with various functions to ensure product is delivered on time to customers.This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.Position Responsibilities:Shortage mitigation

Partnering with numerous functions to meet customer commitments.

Assist in identification and resolution of supply chain management constraints, discrepancies, and risks that impact on-time delivery and revenue capture.

Monitor performance metrics, perform trend analysis and take mitigating action to meet performance objectives.

Review and validate complex documents with attention to detail and cycle times

Creation of government shipping documents.

Partner with customer, supplier and DCMA to ensure all contractual obligations are met and accurate.

Closure of orders that have been delivered from the supplier to the customer.

Assist the warehouse and supplier management with grief resolution.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross functionally

Partner with manufacturing, suppliers and QARs to ensure quality products are inspected, accepted and shipped.

Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience) :1+ year of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.

1+ year of experience in Supply Chain processes.

1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) :Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Experience working both independently and in team environments.

Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.

Typical Education/Experience :Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
