Clinical and/or Sales Experience Required - RN Experience PreferredPosition Overview Tactical support of sales and marketing efforts with a focus on clinical application and product training. This includes providing product expertise to current customers and development of new accounts/users. In addition, the Implementation Specialist will be actively involved in supporting customer training, treatment support and territory sales initiatives. Coordinates product training for customers and sales agents, key presentations and demonstrations. Build a positive and productive customer relationship and help develop, refine and focus the marketing efforts of the company. Effectively utilizing company resources to maximize sales and marketing efforts of the company.Essential Job Functions
Work closely with sales team to drive and maximize the utilization of device systems by building device programs in the acute, chronic settings.
Become a device expert across market segments in order to support the development of device programs in the assigned territory.
Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and thought leaders to help develop a qualified lead funnel. Regular activities consist of follow-up, formal presentations, software/hardware updates, informal events
Effectively convert high potential leads and drive training activities
Drive field and training efforts to achieve quarterly revenue goals.
Develop plan for each customer to support independent use of the device systems
Support regional sales and marketing development events that create system awareness and procedure adoption.
Responsible for managing administrative tasks; reporting of treatments, training information and outcomes in assigned region.
Be a resource to the device teams, providing guidance and insight on the use of the device systems, including training the sales team on new products and product updates.
Works with the training team in a creative, dependable, and flexible manner to improve upon existing training programs and updates of training material and protocols.
Facilitates strong relationships with sales team, customer accounts and customer management team.
Manages territory logistics, training documents, calendars and quarterly goals.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Demonstrated working knowledge of frequently used personal computer programs and relevant applications.
Core Competencies, Skills and Experience Requirements
Bachelor degree required
Two years of work experience, medical industry preferred
Prior technical or clinical training experience or training equivalence
Proven track record in sales, achievement and leadership
Proven record of achievement and leadership skills
Success in introducing new technologies into the market
Ambition and strong work ethic
Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to travel up to 75%
