The Clinical Support Services Specialist III supports the Clinical Services, Physician Recruitment, and Physician Leadership teams focusing on the onboarding process of new clinicians, employee changes for existing clinicians, and training and auditing all new Clinical Support Services Specialist I’s. The Clinical Support Services Specialist III will also assist Supervisors and Manager in leading and guiding the Clinical Support Services ("CSS") department.This Clinical Support Services Specialist III position is being offered on a Remote Centric Hybrid basis. We expect the Clinical Support Services Specialist to primarily work from home. You may be required to come to the office from time to time for meetings.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Follow standardized workflow policies and procedures for the Physician Onboarding Process and serve as the primary contact for the initiation of processes to ensure a smooth Onboarding process

Oversee the cross-credentialing process of existing Clinicians by serving as direct contact with new and existing Clinicians, Practice Managers, Credentialing, Legal, Provider Enrollment, HR, IT, Payroll, Recruitment, and Executives throughout the process, answering any questions or concerns regarding contracts and HR and pay related inquiries.

Prepare various contracts, amendments, addenda, memoranda and other legal documents utilizing pre-established contract templates along with job offer documents to create contracts utilizing legal resources and knowledge of general legal terminology to update contracts with variations as required including ensuring contracts are in-line with pre-approved compensation grids.

Liaison between Clinical Support, Practice Manager, Credentialing, Legal, Provider Enrollment, HR, IT, Payroll, Recruitment and Executives for Physician new hires and existing physicians to find answers to varying questions/inquiries and follows-up by relaying answers or clarifying information back to the person who initiated inquiry.

Respond to inquiries from employees, clinical staff, and managers via telephone, e-mail, Lync, and the web-based case management/portal including transactional inquires and issues involving Oracle to ensure seamless processing to other departments.

Train new Clinical Support Specialists on all process flows completed within department, as well as review and approve requests processed by new employees prior to submission to other external departments for accurateness.

Process and enter data on all Clinical new hires and existing clinicians into Oracle, the HR system, including new hire information, taxes information, benefit eligibility, compensation, etc. including verifying their I-9 status for government compliance via E-Verify in an accurate and timely manner.

Review contracts for any deviations to ensure the timely payment of bonuses, salary increases, etc.; enters pertinent pay and dates into calendar reminder.

Track and capture trending data throughout the Onboarding process to create various reports for corporate displays

Delegate work including incoming Clinical Support Services (CSS) Requests and projects for new hires and existing clinicians to ensure an even distribution of assignments.

Ensure monthly tasks are completed in a timely manner by Clinical Support Specialists, including contractual monthly increases and bonuses, confirm/update start date reports for new hires, and auditing student’s submission to credentialing.

Auditing for new hire and existing entries in Oracle and future payroll submissions.

Adhere to Information Security Policies and ensure that Envision remains as secure as possible.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, the Clinical Support Services Specialist III must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required:Strong ability to understand and interpret legal terminology and employment contracts.

Knowledgeable of Kronos time-clock facilities and the rules associated with each location; familiar with the Clinician status associated with the rules.

Strong communicator and works well in an internal and external team environment.

Ability to meet established production and quality goals/metrics.

Ability to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis in a very fast-paced and changing environment, while assisting and leading other team members with their workload and questions.

Demonstrated attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accuracy of documentation within the Onboarding process.

Education/Experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

2+ years experience as detailed above.

Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams.

Internet savvy with strong research capabilities.
