DescriptionDowntown Dallas company has opening for a Total Rewards Manager on a contract-to-hire basis.This is a contract-to-hire position.Total Rewards Manager / Compensation Manager:Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as primary point of contact for company-wide benefits & compensation programsProvides functional leadership in the development, implementation, administration, and communication of Total Rewards programs including base pay, incentives, job structures, and salary structuresSupports the Total Rewards philosophy, policies and practicesSupport the Benefits planning cycle and communication strategyAnalyzes current compensation programs to ensure they align with business strategy and the Total Rewards philosophyAnalyzes internal and external benchmarks to ensure Total Rewards programs are market relevant to attract and retain top talentPartners with IT and HRIS & Data Analytics Manager to streamline processes and enhance our reporting and analytics capabilitiesContinually evaluates current processes and makes recommendations for improvements as necessaryFulfills compliance and reporting requirements, and maintains current knowledge of related government rules and regulationsOversee the management of vendor relationships; May participate in vendor bids and contract negotiationsProvide supervision and training of direct reportsAssist as needed with other assignments and special projectsThe main focus in this role is heavy compensation.Compensation experience 7-10 years.This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.Send resume to regina.elliott@rhmr.com and Vincent.zamaripa@rhmr.com.RequirementsBachelor's degreeCompensation Analysis7-10 years of compensation experienceSend resume to regina.elliott@rhmr.com and Vincent.zamaripa@rhmr.com.Our industry-leading alliances and broad client network provide you greater access to a variety of unique interim and long-term project opportunities that can keep you continuously engaged.
