job summary:
Position Summary: The position works in close collaboration with many levels and departments within the organization focusing on the mid to back-office functions of the capital raise side of the business. Responsible for processing and managing many aspects of the investment operations department, working together with, and supported by the Manager, Investment Operations, Sales and Accounting departments. Essential Functions: - Enter new investments into Salesforce. - Manage open issues queue for returned payments and incomplete new investment submissions. - Review new and reissued investments. - Print and mail investor and custodian investment packages. - Scan investor documents and custodian documents as needed. - Enter tracking numbers into investor records upon mailing of documents. - Assist with the mailing of monthly interest payments. - Manage Investor portal credentials and related tasks. - Generate, scan, and mail renewals. - Assist in investor relations efforts, which includes responding to internal and external inquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner. - Support Investment Operations Analyst and Manager, Accounting, and Sales. 2 Qualifications: - Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization. - strong interpersonal and customer service skills. - Ability and desire to work as part of a team. - strong verbal and written communication skills. - Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. - Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. - strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, national origin or any other category protected by law
