JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Digital Data Analyst will be part of the Digital Experience team focusing on the development of omni-channel, digital marketing and ecommerce. This position will work closely with Sales, Product Management, IT, and other business functions to leverage data to develop optimized digital experiences at the 1-1 customer level.

• Integrates data science & analytics thinking, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and Company goals to prioritize and drive segmentation efforts.
• Develops and owns an overarching data strategy to enable omni-channel experiences.
• Implements data governance for marketing including the creation of data quality KPI’s, data integrity, data models, information architecture and data accessibility.
• Develops models from structured and unstructured data using statistical and analytics software suite to create customer segments most likely to decrease costs, increase profit and drive loyalty.
• Creates and oversees a centralized data management platform for Marketing to power more effective programmatic ad spends and media buys.
• Ensures data is structured and organized to optimize automation across all marketing and sales channels.
• Provides insight into platform optimization for digital efforts by customer segments.
• Drives adoption of increasingly sophisticated technology including AI, predictive insights, machine learning, natural language learning, etc.
• Works with management to develop and iterate the roadmap for emerging capabilities within digital marketing.
• Performs competitive assessment to build benchmarks, determine user acceptance of related technology and create data KPI’s, A/B testing, etc.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

• Bachelor's degree
• Data Analyst with experience with BI tools, Google Analytics, Hot Jar, Sequel, Optimizely and other analytical tools
• 3+ years of experience with digital analytics needed

• Experience with understanding of eCommerce analytics highly desired
• Understanding of digital analytics campaigns and lingo - SEO, SEM, Display, programmatic, Content syndication etc
• Knowledge of CRM system like Salesforce is a plus
• Knowledge of automation system like Marketo is a plus

• Very strong documentation skills and willing to create documents from the scratch
• Participates with cross functional teams that contribute to the definition of the processes, standards, and methodologies, as well as their adoption and governance
• A strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset
• Exceptional track record of message development
• Working knowledge of techniques to transition technical content into editorial content
• Strong editing skills with a comprehensive understanding of AP Style
• Ability to effectively communicate with, advise and influence a wide range of stakeholders
• A highly-organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
