JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for growing and executing virtual events and digital experiences in the branch. Reporting directly to the Demand Generation Manager for North America, this individual will partner with cross-functional teams to provide seamless execution of various programs. The Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for implementing digital experiences in an effort to generate leads, establish thought leadership, and drive customer engagement. To be successful in this role an individual must see the department as a revenue-generating arm of the company and constantly look to improve ROI.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Organize and manage all aspects of webinars (creative, onboarding speakers, promotion, dry-run, live event hosting/monitoring, replays, analysis).
  • Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing to deliver webinars that align with the buyer's journey from awareness to retention.
  • Strive to continuously evolve and improve the webinar program by finding creative ways to reuse webinar content, driving on-demand views, and executing across various channels (web, social, email, sales enablement, and other channels).
  • Develop webinar demand generation best practices to optimize registrations and attendance.
  • The customer-centric mindset ensures the end-to-end white-glove experience for speakers and audiences and across all demand generation channels.
  • Drive attendee engagement and incremental revenue through various webinar platform tools.
  • Analyze and share webinar reports with stakeholders.
  • Work with Branch locations to promote local events and drive demand utilizing current digital marketing channels available (web, social, email, Salesforce, and other channels).
  • Collaborate with the Events team with online promotion of expos, events, and trade shows.
  • Own and collaborate with design and content on digital signage and digital kiosks to drive engagement and revenue in the branch.
  • Work cross-functionally with the global team and provide guidance, build Marketo programs, Salesforce campaigns in support of our global business efforts.

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in managing, executing, hosting webinars.
  • Hands-on experience with ON24 preferred.
  • Advanced Marketo and Salesforce.com proficiency.
