Job Description

The Director of Business Transformation and Integration leads and supports strategic and transformational initiatives spanning the organization. For identified initiatives, this position will lead all initial and ongoing project management requirements, including project approach and plan development, project tracking and monitoring, issue & risk management, project & team communications, meeting facilitation, and project reporting. It is intended that the applicant will come from a Project, Accounting and Transformation background with experience of private equity structures across multiple jurisdictions.


Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of the Integration Transformation objectives ensuring that the services delivered through this team are of the highest standards

  • Manage cross-functional / departmental teams engaged in identified initiatives
  • Develop / refine suite of project management tools and resources that can be consistently used across identified initiatives, including project plans, project tracking tools, and related items
  • For assigned projects, develop project-specific documentation, including implementation / rollout plans, training and communication materials, weekly / monthly update presentations for leadership, and related items
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project-related requirements are successfully delivered to support active projects
  • Report project management updates and timeline progression to SVP, Business Transformation as needed
  • Meet business transformation project deliverables on time and within scope and budget
  • Contribute to the Strategy and Vision of the Transformation of Client Services
  • Provide support to the Individuals within the team and the broader teams that will be used to deliver the Transformation agenda
  • Define and Deliver a Shared Services Framework for the core and key relationships that we have within the organization

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree business-related field.Master’s degree highly preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting
  • 3+ M&A integration experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of the organization
