WHO WE ARE HIRING:We’re looking for a Drift (Inbound) Sales Development Representative to join our fast growing Sales organization. This role will manage the inbound channel, qualifying leads and connecting leads with the appropriate team and serve as a product expert for external inquiries. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day. RequirementsWHO YOU ARE:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

1-2 years experience in a phone sales role as part of a SaaS or B2B company

Excellent written and verbal communication, listening and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, goal oriented, ideally with proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks

Eager and driven to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Leverage Drift Software and Webchat to establish contact with prospective clients

Working amongst cross functional teams to drive revenue (SDR’s, Account Executives, Customer Success)

Understand the impact our products have on our customers

Serve as a product matter expert to answer an array of questions from prospective clients

Articulate to prospects how our tools can help their organizations get to the next level with real-time data

Manage prospecting status, data integrity, and forecasting in Salesforce.com
