A well-established Microsoft Partner is looking for a Dynamics NAV/Business Central expert for a customer facing role.

This opportunity calls for a Functional Consultant who will be working with new customers on presales demos, gathering requirements, and designing a solution that meets client needs.

We need someone who knows the ins and outs of Dynamics NAV, with a background in the Partner channel, who can exhibit professionalism and can be the face of the franchise representing this firm with their clientele.

Your New Role:


  • Act as the subject matter expert for NAV/BC on new client implementations

  • Lead presales demos and initial requirements gathering

  • Work alongside customer stakeholders in understanding their business needs and designing a system that fits these requirements, specifically working with finance, operations, and C-suite leadership

  • Analyze business processes for clients and work with them to show how NAV and Business Central can address these shortcomings

  • Collaborate with technical team on architecting solutions in upgrade and implementation projects


What You'll Need:


  • Dynamics NAV or Business Central expertise

  • Implementation and upgrade experience

  • Prior consulting background in the Microsoft Partner channel a plus, not required

  • Ability to gather requirements, support customers, present demos, and translate technical concepts to non-technical client stakeholders

  • Understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
