Job Summary: As the Encompass Administrator, the candidate will be responsible for all encompass administration including business rules, persona access, advanced coding, reporting, as well as implementing best practices in a mission critical environment. Developing enhancements within the encompass environment for the development or modification of complex system programs will be a key function of this position. The Encompass Administrator will also be responsible for collaborating with outside teams such as User Support, Enterprise Operations, and senior leadership to design, test, and implement new technologies that will improve performance and usability of the system
What You Will Be Doing
- Custom form development
- Advances code development
- Trigger rule development
- Dashboard and reporting enhancements
- Reporting database additions
- Advanced workflows and automations
- Collaborating with executive management
- Leading various Encompass enhancement initiatives
- Responsible for feature automation changes communication to internal training department and assist with roll outs as necessary
What You Need for this Position
- 2+ years of recent experience administering Encompass
- Proficient with JavaScript
- Detailed Oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
