Job Description

  • Team Leader for the KCP Procurement Aurora team, responsible for coaching, development, and performance management who moves seamlessly between execution and strategic thought, development, and alignment
  • Partner with the global Aurora team to understand current and define the future Source to Order, Supplier Integration and Procure to Pay processes
  • Participate in Digital procurement transformation process design, blue printing (as far as any additional work is required following initial blue-printing in 2021), solution confirmation, build, test and deployment of the end to end Digital Procurement Solution
  • Understand the impact of the Source to Pay process for KCP and communicate the regional process needs to the global teams
  • Represent the KCP needs in the Change Review Board meetings
  • Collaborate with the regional category, procurement operations & DTS teams throughout the Aurora program to develop the suite of digital process from category strategies to payment of invoice
  • Primary Point of Contact for the Global teams and communicate to the regional leadership teams.
  • Responsible for the adoption of the Digital Procurement transformation in KCP
  • Leading and executing the regional Connected Capabilities change plan, including the forming of a Regional Change Network
  • Drive procurement digitization and process improvements to simplify the buying process while ensuring that processes deployed are aligned with the risk and controls framework in the Corporate Financial Instructions (CFIs) and conform to the Procurement Policy.
  • Partner across all functional areas of the project team to develop the best process and technological solutions and visibility for an effective Source to Pay process environment to enable the most effective spend and supplier reliability and resilience.
  • Provide thought leadership in the development of training documentation and training environment for KCP Procurement.
  • Nature & Scope: You will report to the Global KCP Procurement Director. The role will drive simplification, standardization, differentiation where it adds value into the blueprint design and will collaborate across all teams, Supply Chain and with GBS, in both project and operations to deliver a state-of-the-art design delivering on cost and service and enabling the integrated environment.

Qualifications & Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Change Management, or Broader Supply Chain.
  • Experience leading IT projects or initiatives preferably in the Procurement or Supply Chain domain.
  • Experience working in a complex global/diverse environment.
  • Self-motivated and assertive with internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to influence with and without authority.
  • Ability to reconcile diverse business strategies and challenges.
  • Interacts with the most senior levels of the Corporation and therefore must be able to effectively communicate and influence leaders and their deputies across cultures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams within an organization.
  • Must have strategic thinking, collaboration, and change management capabilities.
  • Strong data analytics.
  • Experience in supplier management, Project Management, and Agile methodologies. Exceptional analytical skills, demonstrated organizational and leadership skills, examples of effective teamwork, a track record of consistently meeting deadlines and due dates.
  • Superb communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization.
  • Track record of project delivery success that should include: System Implementation / Integration, cost savings, process improvement.
  • Ability to travel on an as needed basis across all regions/BUs
