Kelly Technology is in search for a Lead Cloud Data Engineer for a well-known healthcare client in St. Louis, MO. This is a Remote role.

Lead Cloud Data Engineer

100% Remote anywhere in US

Client: Healthcare , located in St. Louis, MO

Duration: 6-months, possible conversion to Direct Hire

M-F, 8-5 Central Time, 40hrs/week

W2 Contract with benefits, or C2C

JOB SUMMARY
  • In this role you will report to Director of Cloud Data Platform and Engineering and will: have an active role designing and implementing the Intelligent Data Platform s information architecture and data engineering; support high data availability and quality.
  • Experience moving and transforming data within systems such as Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, Hive Metastore, or comparable on other cloud platforms.
  • Experience using Python for data movement and transformation.
  • Knowledge of optimal design of data and analytic environments, analyzing complex distributed production deployments, and making recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Extensive experience writing and maintaining a production grade data architecture and pipelines.


REQUIRED
  • 7+ years of overall IT experience designing and implementing variety of data engineering solutions
  • 5+ years of data engineering experience primarily on Azure cloud platform using Azure BLOB Storage / ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Logic Apps, Key Vault.

  • Must have played Lead role on at least 2 projects
  • Must be good in coding SQLs and Python
  • Must have strong Data Warehousing conceptual knowledge
