We're searching for an experienced Major Account Director to join our expanding sales team.JOB SUMMARY:The Major Account Director will have global responsibility for all Chase activities. The position will be responsible for sales & product strategy, order & delivery management. The successful candidate must also have a proven sales track records, experience within a large national company, and have extensive experience in presenting to the "C" level executives with successful annual quota achievement.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Create and execute the sales plan. Achieve/exceed 100% quota attainment and revenue pipeline through regular sales process. Maintains a high level of customer involvement and builds strong relationships with key client executives. Maintain a strong pipeline in Salesforce. Provide accurate and timely revenue information with closing strategies and tactics to top management. Collect and evaluate feedback during the sale process to assist others in organizing and prioritizing marketing and product development initiativesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must have 10+ years executive level sales experience in direct selling to Tier 1 and 2 financial institutions. Excellent understanding of ATM operations in Tier 1 or 2 banks. Able to build relationships and quickly develop value with C-Level executives in large financial institutions. Able to navigate through the large organization infrastructure to reach and influence key decision makers. Proven in negotiating and closing large multi-million business deals. Highly professional written, oral, presentation and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a high performance sales team and company with excellent Coaching & Team building skills. Previous experience with an organization with 100mm+ in revenues Highly motivated sales professional who thrives on closing new business. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration strongly preferred. Citizenship requirements exist for this position.
