Must have DoD Secret Clearance Day 1 of Start DateThis opportunity is for a Program Operations role in the Radar Sensor Systems (RSS) Product Line as part of the SAS ISRS Mission Area. In this position the Operations lead will partner with Program Management, various functions and factories to develop and execute product development and transition to production strategy.This role will encompass all aspects of Program Operations involving Development, Production and Sustainment contracts; however, the primary focus will be in support of a suite of Development Programs supporting continuous improvement of the product line.This role will span activities across the program life cycle - proposal activity, the front end of the business, planning and the successful execution of each contract through delivery and eventual program closure activities.The position will involve cost, schedule and technical performance of business area activities.Program Operations is involved with assembly, testing, trouble shooting, root cause investigations, proposal support, developing EACs and ensuring appropriate staffing. Program Operations coordinates with program MPM in support of material procurement, supplier management and make/buy/where process and decisions.This position also contributes to cross-functional teaming to realize significant improvementsRequired Skills: Minimum of 6 years of program or project management, operations or related experience Knowledge of Defense Industry Acquisition and Manufacturing Readiness Assessments Experience with Manufacturing plans documentation Ability to collaborate daily with a cross functional team in a healthy, robust matrixed environment Must be able to support opportunities for process and yield improvement, and business initiatives including Raytheon Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing Capability to analyze and visualize data, develop metrics and to convey messages to team and program leadership Demonstrates initiative, persistence and creativity in problem solving Understanding of configuration management and engineering change processes Competence with MS Office, specifically MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint SAP experience and/or ERP systems knowledge (Visiprise Manufacturing (VM), CMES, PRISM) U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a DoD Secret Clearance DAY 1 of employment start date U.S. Citizenship is required as the position will require the ability access US only data systemsU.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
