ICS - Office of the CEO-Elect Senior AssociateRole Summary The Senior Associate within the Office of the CEO-Elect (soon to be Office of the CEO) is focused on supporting the execution of the CEO’s strategy through the delivery of high-quality tools and mechanisms, analytical problem-solving, and creation of artifacts synthesizing key insights to help drive outcomes.to support a culture of empowerment with accountability. The Senior Associate will focus on supporting effective day-to-day operations to ensure the Office of the CEO runs smoothly, executing upon proactive improvements where necessary. This individual will be operationally focused, an agile utility player who can flex as needed, manage competing priorities with ease, and successfully navigate across multiple functions and stakeholder groups to achieve high quality results with speed.The Senior Associate possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex data – both qualitative and quantitative with the big picture in mind. This role will combine critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and present comprehensive data in a simplified way allowing for easy and fast decision making by leaders. The Senior Associate will report directly to the Office of the CEO Manager.Core AttributesSupports tactical project management of select workstreams of varying levels of complexity and time criticality for the firm and senior leaders

Follows up on action items and outcomes including status reporting

Draft key findings by preparing polished reports with accompanying takeaways for stakeholders

Execute production of deliverables with agility and excellence

Take feedback and incorporate it into future deliverables

Compiles external and internal research for strategic decision making

Actively look for ways to create process efficiencies and effectiveness through automation, collaboration, and/or process changes

Enables new levels of agility, speed, and scale, to exceed outcome targets

Demonstrates the ability to understand the operating styles of others and team dynamics and adjusts behavior accordingly to succeed

Interprets, analyzes, synthesizes, and creates data sets

Inquisitive thought process and ability to apply thoughts in the context of the business’ goals

Client-centric thinking

QualificationsUndergraduate degree, or equivalent practical experience in a business field

Experience in management consulting / professional services, operations, transformation, or equivalent experience

Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)

Effective communication, both written and oral; Experience in delivering sophisticated and consumable messages to leaders

Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, ability to agile and flexible to work effectively in changing environments

Proven team player with ability to navigate cross functionally

Ability to work on multiple tasks and effectively prioritize

Professional maturity to maintain strict confidentiality and understand sensitivities of role
