The Chief Operating Office includes core operations functions for each of the lines of business under leaders who have joint reporting relationships. Including Front Line Control for each of the lines of business and enterprise functions, Strategy and Operations Planning, Sales Practices Oversight and Management, Enterprise Shared Services, Strategic Execution & Operations, Corporate Properties Group, Business Continuity and Resiliency, Enterprise Customer Excellence, Supply Chain Management and Chief Administrative Office.Develops and leads a strategy and transformation team in strategic planning, organizational change management, operational excellence/process management, infrastructure enablement, risk & control capability development, and transformation skills to drive the overall transformation of the Risk Management Program capabilities and operating performanceAccountable for leading the strategic planning, design, development, implementation and transformation initiative focused on reporting and analytics, control automation and risk managementIdentify and implement strategies to drive more effective and efficient execution of the Risk Management via standardize reporting/analytics capabilitiesManage a multi-phased, multi-year strategic roadmap of initiatives driving development and maturing of risk management capabilitiesResponsible for integration of the Risk Management Program with PVSI Control strategies and capabilities providing for support for end-to-end comprehensive risk management for operations control organizationLeads engagement of stakeholders across operations groups as well as other supporting organizations in the execution to develop integrated reporting and analytics platformEnsure Risk Management processes and capabilities are integrated across risk disciplines across operations groupsManage relationships and foster a team orientation with corporate, business heads, legal, audit and multiple US and non-US regulatorsPromote and maintain a risk culture that encourages an informed, measured, disciplined and balanced approach to understanding and managing business process risk and controlsLead team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes themAs an Employee Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will: Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your employees feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing employees, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.Required Qualifications:10+ years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management) or 12+ years of financial services industry experience, of which 10+ years must include direct experience in risk management

7+ years of management experience

Desired Qualifications:Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis

4+ years of SQL or SAS experience

4+ years of Tableau experience

A BS/BA degree or higher

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
