Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Test Lead
Duration: Full time
Location: Dallas, TX (remote until covid)
Primary Skill: Experience in below
• Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or Workday application covering Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll modules
• The Test Lead will be responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met, and that the solution works as expected.
• Develop and define the testing approach for the Oracle HCM Cloud / Workday implementation programs
• Develop and define an ongoing testing process to be used after go-live
• Very strong hands-on experience in terms of testing system functionality, performance, reliability, stability and integration with other legacy- and / or external systems
• Must have expertise in HCM SaaS applications testing
