Here is what you get to do:Prepare, revise and file various documents, certificates, statements, amendments and forms.Perform UCC and other searches.Prepare and track closing checklists from letter of intent through completion of closing binders.Review and summarize title commitments, exception documentation and surveys.Obtain deed and mortgage documentation.Review due diligence materials….and much more!You will work directly with Attorneys in the Real Estate Finance and Banking Practice Group in supporting the representation of real estate developers, owners, tenants, investors and lenders in transactional matters.
