"Primary Skill: PEGA, Selenium Automation Engineer

  • Good communication skill
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Ability to work with IT and business stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements
  • Ability to perform test planning, test design and test execution
  • Ability to use test management tool (HP ALM, QTest etc.)
  • Defect management using defect management tools (JIRA, BugZilla etc.)
  • Understanding of Pega methodologies (Smart BPM, Pega SCRUM)
  • Understanding of Pega rule bases testing (PegaUnit framework)
  • Understanding of Pega inbuild tools (Clipboard, Tracer, live UI, Pega PAL, Pega PLA etc.)
  • Ability to perform hands on testing in Pega application
  • Understanding of Test automation tools (Selenium)
  • Ability to perform hands on test script preparation (Selenium)
  • Ability to perform hands on test execution and reporting via automation tool
  • Ability to perform testing in Pega frameworks (Smart Dispute, Pega Customer Service, Pega CDH etc.) Optional
  • Experience of Pega Upgrade testing - Optional
  • Pega certification (Certified System Architect, Certified Senior System Architect) Optional"
