RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Remote Senior PEGA Developers in Dallas, Texas (TX). We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment and this position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities include:
Senior PEGA Developer will design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established PEGA PRPC standards
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
Develop, refine, and tune integration between applications
Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
As a Senior PEGA Developer, you will undertake autonomous delivery of specific, testing tasks, and assist less experienced software engineers in development, testing, and debugging activities
Senior PEGA Developer will participate in agile estimations, planning, daily ceremonies, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in team and personal performance
Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and work plans
Planning, processing, and performing own work in an efficient manner with little or no assistance from the supervisor as part of an agile development team
Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff
Aid testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems
Senior PEGA Developer will ensure that proposed and existing solution architecture are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
5-8+ years of enterprise software design skills in PEGA
Excellent hands on implementing PEGA integration services using REST, SOAP, Email, etc.
Good understanding of PEGA new case management features
Knowledge/exposure to Java, HTML, XML, JavaScript, or micro-services, and/or service-oriented architecture
Ability to analyze, design, and support implementation of business specific PEGA solutions and/or frameworks
Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience
Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using Pegasystems tools
PEGA CSSA certified is a plus but not required
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate is a plus but not required
