Do you have a passion for helping teams run at their maximum efficiency?As a Sr. Analyst focused on Cloud Intelligence Sales Optimization, you will be responsible for completing analysis using a broad set of data sources to answer questions on what is driving opportunities to close for AWS. To support the ability to complete analysis, you’ll need to look around corners to answer questions before they are asked. In addition to answering questions, you will be responsible for building mechanisms and tools that will help the team scale its efforts across AWS.You’ll earn trust through performance and relationship building, think strategically and analytically about business challenges, and apply your sales operations experience to assist the team in delivering results.Roles & Responsibilities· Serve as a key member of the team to help complete analysis and deliver actionable insights to sales leadership.· Partner with multiple stakeholder groups to identify areas of interest for the business and scope projects to analyze impact and make recommendations.· Understand key requirements of our customers and partners, and determine how their needs can best be met.· Produce insights by being able to distill large quantitative data sets and qualitative anecdotes into digestible deliverables.· Handle a high volume of engagements and deliver on time-bound projects.· Work directly with global sales data to orchestrate metrics, key performance indicators and decision criteria.About UsInclusive Team CultureHere at AWS, we embrace our differences. We care about your career growth and strive to assign projects based on what will help each team member develop into a better-rounded professional and enable them to take on more complex tasks in the future.This position can be located in Arlington VA, Boston, Dallas, or Seattle.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS· 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, and/or field or customer success.· 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, consulting, and/or analytics/data-science focused roles.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· Experience working in an Enterprise Technology setting and understanding of how business to business sales operates.· Ability to multi-task and conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data, then translate the results into actionable deliverables and messages for leadership.· Experience with large datasets from Salesforce and/or Excel, and experience using data visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight or Tableau.· Strong communication skills – one to one, one to many, executive-level presentations and excellent writing capabilities.· Entrepreneurial and self-sufficient: work with little oversight, delivering high-quality results and driving own agenda.· Strong planning, project management and problem-solving skills.· Technical understanding of cloud concepts in general and/or specific technologies, services, platforms and solutions.· Clear track record of managing complex projects and programs while demonstrating exceptional judgement.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
