This role is responsible for the project and program management of initiatives designed to improve the employee experience at AT&T. This will include the management from initiation through delivery, as well as the development and maintenance of a robust project plan.Key Roles and Responsibilities : In this role you'll conduct the end to end project management of multiple large projects all aligned to AT&T's employee value proposition. You'll be responsible for learning and understanding our employee value proposition and people strategy and working with key stakeholders to manage initiatives aligned to that strategy to ultimately positively impact the daily roles for employees across AT&T Inc. and AT&T Communications Company (ACC).You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust project plan, and establishing a master timeline for deliverables. These projects are very complex in nature, and will not follow a repeatable framework, they are company-wide, and require a high level of analysis.In this role, you'll develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports to share progress with senior leadership. You'll host regular calls with initiative owners and be responsible for driving progress and maintaining focus on the completion of this work. You'll make recommendations and then act on them to direct the analysis and solutions of major problemsCore Skills: The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized and maintains diligent records. Project management experience is required. In addition to just managing the work, the ideal candidate will be able to challenge confidently and respectfully, present comfortably to all levels of leadership, and work collaboratively in other team's sandboxes.Experience :5+ years large scale project management experience (required).

PM Certification desired
