Hi,

We have immediate role for Set Up Box Test Engineer for our client in Dallas TX/Atlanta, Its Onsite role. Please share suitable resumes

Title : Set Up Box Test Engineer
Location : Dallas TX/Atlanta GA
Duration : 12+ Months

Dallas, TX or Atlanta (Onsite only no remote option)

Note: It's for Dallas. We cannot allow remote work as Engineer needs hardware access.

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance of video-centric applications.
  • STB Domain Knowledge - Clear understanding of end to end solution - back office to headend to set top box.
  • Fair knowledge on various Audio & Video file formats, Encoding & Decoding, Encryption, Multiplexing, Digital transmission, Multicast & Unicast.
  • Hands on experience on STB applications UI and features like Guide, VOD, DVR, MRDVR, Parental Controls and other user settings.
  • Well versed with Testing Techniques and methodologies.
  • Should have knowledge of API testing tools such as SoapUI, Postman.
  • Should have an experience in writing automated scripts using Python.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Shall be knowledgeable in using Linux and Shell Scripting
  • Good analytical skills


Preferred skills (Good to have):
  • Expertise in testing tools like Android, Appium, Selenium
  • Experience with automation framework design and development
  • Prior experience in writing automated tests using Javascript, Ruby or any other equivalent.
  • Knowledge of using GIT and Jenkins.
