Job Title:Test Lead Location:Dallas, TX Long Term Contract Job Description: Onsite Test Lead (Retail and Merchandising) Strong Experience of Leading Functionals, System, Integration and End to End testing across enterprise applications suite. Drive test engineering activities and meetings (Planning, Status, Defect triage etc.) involving cross functional and business teams Experience in Oracle Retail Applications (RMS, RPM, ReIM), Extensive experience on Retail E2E flows like PO/ASN/Receipt flow, Store and Warehouse Inventory management, ReSA, GL Reconciliation and Sales Audit, Integrations between EDI, RMS, Integration layer, Item MDM, Selling Chanels Extensive experience in Retail Management, Sales Audit and Financial Reconciliation processes. Roles and Responsibilities Requirements analysis Test Case Preparation/execution Job executions on Lower environments Backend data validations Coordinating with Upstream/downstream teams along with other stake holders Guide the team in the right direction Collaborate within a small but highly-skilled team to fundamentally change the way people think about logistics software. Lead champion best practices and encourage knowledge sharing.
