You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Treasury Management Relationship Support Specialist provides sales support to Treasury Management Relationship Managers and resolves escalated customer service issues.Primary Responsibilities
Create account structures/flow chart by understanding the flow of funds and Treasury Management (TM) services and also make recommendations to better serve the customer and the Treasury Management Relationship Manager for annual reviews as needed for meetings
Consult with the customer regarding their specific setup needs in order to complete TM workbooks and ensure implementation is completed accurately and timely
Convey customer needs to TMPI through SIMS input to accurately establish TM services based on the consult with the client
Work with client during the first thirty to forty-five days of a new solution setup to (1) ensure the customer is able to use TM services effectively, and (2) modify solutions implemented as the customer’s needs change (including validation of account setup/TM fees after services are implemented)
Complete pricing models in a timely fashion to avoid expired models resulting in a negative customer impact and fee refund
Collaborate with customers on branch proximity studies and recommend appropriate match scenario to customer locations / Regions’ branch network based on mileage and branch cashiering appetite (Access is limited to a few associates in this role based on licensing fees)
Update relationship team weekly through a thirty-minute meeting by providing customer updates, implementation barriers and any other outstanding items that could impact customer experience
Know features, benefits, pricing and implementation procedures for all TM services via training and resources provided
Fulfill other sales support duties as necessary to deliver results to our clients and partners
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.Requirements
High School education or GED
Three (3) years prior banking, sales or sales support experience
Preferences
Bachelor’s Degree or Technical School Certification
