We have an immediate opportunity for an UNIX Administrator, at Dallas, TX.
The ideal candidate should have in overall 8 - 10 Years of experience in UNIX Adminsitrator having strong experience in RHEL and/or CentOS system administration. Must have experience in LVM and DM-Multipath. Must have experience in YUM/DNF/RPM Package Management. Managed User/Group Management and done performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Managed troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Has strong TCP/IP terminology and concepts. Good at network configuration with Network Manager and also with network services such as SSH, FTP and SMTP. Good at network troubleshooting with tools such as tcpdump, ping, nmap, traceroute and netcat. Experience with SAN and NAS Storage. Experience with Network Authentication and Authorization tools such as LDAP or Centrify/AD. Experience in creating, maintaining and debugging scripts in BASH, Perl, or Python. Experience in Veritas InfoScale Enterprise including VxVM, VxFS and VCS. Experience working in a DevOps/Agile environment. Experience in adhering to change and incident management.
The ideal candidate should have experience in UNIX, RHEL Linux, CentOS, LVM, DM-Multipath, YUM/DNF/RPM Package Management, SSH, FTP, SMTP, SAN, NAS, Bash, Perl/Python.
