Position Overview:
At Kegs and Mugs we are seeking energetic Bartenders / Servers who will be reporting to the General Manager. If selected you will work with a passionate team highly respected by management and will help us accomplish our company mission every day.
Qualifications for Bartender/Server:
Minimum 1 year as a Bartender/Server in a Pub/Bar and Restaurant.
Must have basic knowledge about craft beers and food pairings
Must be energetic, motivated and passionate in serving customers at the Bar and tables
Ability to remember customers by name with genuine interaction
Ability to hold a good decent conversation with customers.
Able to manage movement, hookup and disconnect of full size beer kegs.
Must be able to work closing shifts and evenings as needed.
Training: The person in this position is offered coaching/training by General Manager in the first month
Location: This position is located in Castle Hills, Lewisville TX.
