BILINGUAL Medical Assistant needed for Women's Health Clinic in Plano
Requirements
High school graduate or GED
Graduate of an accredited MA program
Computer literate (EMR experience Required)
Experience with medical terminology, ICD/CPT coding preferred
Must have reliable transportation
Must be Bilingual (mostly Spanish-speaking patients)
Responsibilities
Takes vitals, reconcile medications, update medical history
Perform basic in-office procedures such as urinalysis, blood sugar check, strep/flu screen,
Give injections
Complete paperwork and phone calls
Restock supplies
Note: We do not offer health insurance,
This is a full time contract position (1099r). Generally average between 35-38 hours each week.
Salary range $12-$14, depending on experience.
