- We accept applicants with no clinical experience assisting although 1-2 years+ of experience is preferred.
- We have extended office hours Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 7:30 pm and Saturdays 7:30 am to 1:30 pm. Staff are scheduled in 6 hour morning or evening shifts with occasional 12 hours shifts. We are offering full-time employment averaging 36 to 42 hours a week. After a 90 day trial period employees are eligible for vacation and holiday pay.
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
- We seek RDA applicants that will be caring and comforting towards our patients. RDAs must be able to ensure that patients are seated on-time and that the doctor has everything needed to begin treatment. Time management and multitasking abilities are essential for successful long-term employment.
- Clinical competency is highly valued and will be rewarded with salary increases. We encourage and assist each of our dental assistants to increase their knowledge with in-office training and out-of-office CE courses.
