A national liposuction facility in Dallas is currently seeking a professional, reliable Lvn or Medical Assistant. We are looking for a detailed-oriented person with a happy demeanor who enjoys working with the public.
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively with patients via in-person, telephone, and email
- Excellent phone skills for patients inquiries and scheduling
- Must be detail oriented
- Reasonable math and spelling skills required
- Computer experience experience is a plus
- Must be able to multi-task effectively
- Professional appearance is a must
- Bilingual is a plus
Duties:
- Prepare patient charts
- Assist the surgeon in the procedure room is your number one priority
- Clean the surgery room, sterilize equipment and prepare for next procedure
- Be able to explain all procedures and thoroughly answer patient questions via phone and email
- Check patients in and out
- Take pictures and download into computer for imaging
- Keep lobby and front office neat and organized
- Pull & file patient charts
- Confirm patients next day appointments
- Prepare patient paperwork forms
- Review patient surgery charts to make sure they are complete and all consents signed
- Other administrative duties as needed
This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where the focus is on providing excellent patient care. Must be able to work as early as 6:00am and as late as 6:00 pmMonday-Wednesday and occasionally be able to come in earlier or stay later depending on surgery schedule.
Hourly wage $15-$20 depending on experience.
