Fast growing staff augmentation company seeks Professional Recruiters to join our new Ops team in the Desoto area. Our main focus is light industrial warehouse.This individual will continue the phenomenal growth we have experienced in the DFW market. This position comes with a very competitive base +unlimited bonus potential. Candidate is responsible for maintaining current accounts with support of the sales team while providing leadership, quality and the highest customer service. You must be highly driven and competitive with excellent communication skills.
Daily Duties & Responsibilities:
Support new business opportunities.
Identify, research and secure new business process utilizing best practices.
Perform recruiting both in person and via telephone required.
Maintain knowledge of industry standards, changes, and trends.
Maintain the highest data accuracy for the payroll and invoicing process.
Drive quality recruiting processes which generate the best candidates.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of Operations in the Staffing industry.
Proven track record of growth and client retention.
Experience with services and/or light industrial staffing preferred.
Ability to mentor and provide the highest level of customer service.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Bilingual some Spanish needed.
