SPECTRUM/NORTHSTAR GROUP is HIRING
We have a full time assistant maintenance position open for a 300+ unit multi-family community. Our ideal candidate will have maintenance experience in the apartment industry and have a strong work ethic.
Essential Duties:
- Assist in preventative maintenance
- Trash out units for make ready product
- Make ready and painting apartments as necessary
- Maintain organization of the maintenance work shop
- Have a positive attitude and maintain safety while at work
- Willing to be On-call
Required Skills/Experience:
- HVAC/EPA certified
- Must have own tools
- Strong background in building, repair & mechanical skills
- Personal tools and reliable transportation required
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to pass background/drug screening
