Our community is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician in North Dallas/Plano area.
Position will be responsible for managing the maintenance team, scheduling vendors, light plumbing and electrical work, HVAC repair/replacement and preventative maintenance.
Must have experience in management of apartment maintenance as well as HVAC license.
