A faith based family services organization is seeking to hire full-time Foster Care/Adoption Case Management Supervisor for Arlington office.
Well qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in a human services related field and at least five (5) years experience providing foster care services through a child placing agency or a Master's degree in a human services related field and at least three (3) years experience providing foster care services through a child placing agency. Candidates who have previous supervisory experience will be given preference. Bi-lingual a plus!
The Foster Care/Adoption Case Management Supervisor position is a clinical position that will require the successful candidate to develop and maintain functional, supportive relationships with a variety professionals and with families who are seeking to care for children in the foster care system and/or who are seeking to adopt children. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to provide direct supervision to multiple Foster Care/Adoption Case Managers to ensure program expectations are met, with consistency, quality, and in a timely manner.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to perform with professionalism, flexibility, initiative, and follow-through. Qualified candidates will be self-motivating, posses stellar writing skills, demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate a strength in working well in a team oriented professional environment.
