Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate team members
Scheduling appointments for service calls, installations, and maintenance
Managing customer inquiries and providing timely updates on service requests
Assisting with billing, invoicing, and general administrative tasks
Organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documentation
Preparing and sending out communications to clients and vendors
Supporting the team with various office duties as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an office or administrative role (HVAC or trades experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general Google apps
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus)
