I am needing an office assistant who can do sales for my art gallery, the Fine Wood Carvings. We are located in Waxahachie, TX. Check the website to see my work: www.finewoodcarvings.net
Must be reliable, people-oriented, tech-savvy, etc.
I need someone that can:
- Open the store at 9AM (12PM on Sundays)
- Check my email and respond to customers
- Answer my phone (light, few calls)
- Talk to customers and explain things
- Do runs for tools, products, groceries, etc
- Handle money, receipts
- Post photos a few times a week to my Facebook and Instagram pages
- Update my Shopify store every once in a while
Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred, but not a dealbreaker
Store hours
Mon-Sat: 9am-6pm
Sun: 12pm-4pm
Your work days/hours will be:
Thursday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm
Sunday, 12pm to 4pm
Starting pay $11/hr
