Looking for Part Time Office Assistant. Must be computer proficient, self-motivated, able to multi-task on a daily basis, VERY DETAIL ORIENTED, organized, trustworthy (w/references that can be verified) punctual, patient, good attitude/work ethic, able to follow directions, be accountable/responsible, (Real Estate experience preferred but not required). Valid driver's license and have reliable transportation on a daily basis to run errands as needed. Computer skills including Microsoft office, Publisher a plus.
JOB DUTIES:
BackAgent
Listing homes FOR SALE and FOR LEASE
Writing offers for buyers
Writing all contracts for FOR LEASE. FOR SALE, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Manage email- respond appropriately to emails allowed
Processing all lease applications, obtaining rental history and follow up until complete
Updating prospects in MLS
Scheduling showings
Updating Spreadsheets with all relevant information
Updating Zillow
Lease Extensions- reach out to tenants and preparing contracts
Marketing Materials for Buyer/Sellers
Invoice follow up
Paying all approved bills that come.
Answer phones and route all calls to appropriate place.
Running Errands, picking up signs and lockboxes
Any and all other requests assigned
Inventory Office Supplies
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM-1PM
