Leasing agents should be comfortable talking to people and "selling" our product, which are our apartment homes.

Essential Duties:
-Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
-Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects
-Verify application and process paperwork
-Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach marketing (while thinking outside the box)
-Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service
-Assist the manager and assistant manager as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
-One (1) year of apartment industry experience is desired
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong sales and leasing skills
-Reliable transportation required
-Must be willing to go above and beyond
-Ability to learn quickly
-Bilingual is a plus, but not required
