Summerbend Apartments is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager. The community is located in North Irving near North Lake College.
300 units
Leasing Managers should be comfortable talking to people and "selling" our product, which are our apartment homes. Please apply to this posting with your resume if you have these characteristics and want a long term position.
Essential Duties:
-Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
-Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects
-Verify application and process paperwork
-Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach marketing (while thinking outside the box)
-Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service
-Assist the manager as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
-Three (3) years of apartment industry experience is required
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong sales and leasing skills
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
-Must be willing to go above and beyond
-Ability to learn quickly
-Bilingual is a plus, but not required
