Open House Network is a specialized staffing agency offering Hosts to support Sales Associates for over 50 New Home Builders in the Dallas/Ft Worth/Austin areas. We are looking for outgoing and professional people with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with our clients. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and work in many different beautiful model homes. Salary and Benefits
Employee Position with yearly W-2
$10.00 Per Hour (Paid Bi-Weekly)Employment Requirements
Have a minimum of 2 consecutive days of weekly availability
Complete a minimum of 64 assignment hours per calendar month
Computer access and basic user ability to access online scheduling software
Be available for same day standby assignments as needed
Quickly respond to cell phone, text and email correspondence
All candidates must have toured a model home before applyingPosition Requirements
Must have a very flexible schedule
Commit to a full 9 hour day without leaving the community
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable transportation that will remain on property with you
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Stand and or walk for 20+ minutes at a time including climbing stairs
Agree to travel within 20 miles radius of your home
Ability to scan and email, fax or take a picture and email in daily reports
Must be 18 years of age
Valid U.S. Driver's LicenseDuties
Greet visitors and provides community information
Register prospective buyers
Answer the phones in the model home
Conduct tours of inventory homes
Assemble community brochures
Write detailed notes about daily activities
Assist the Sales Associate with light office dutiesDress Code
Ladies minimum: Blouses, Slacks, Dresses, Skirts, Dress Shoes
Men minimum: Long Sleeve Dress Shirt and Tie, Slacks, Dress Shoes
