NALS Property management is seeking a full time Leasing Consultant to effectively utilize sales skills to achieve and maintain optimum occupancy via the leasing of units and renewal of existing leases at a 248 unit apartment complex. The selected applicant will work as a team participant and must cooperate with all departments in completing all assigned tasks.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leasing apartments, moving residents in and out, renewing contracts, walking units for quality control, and recording/updating all traffic.
Maintain company customer service standards and positive resident relations. Clearly and effectively assist current residents with concerns and needs to minimize resident problems in a professional manner.
Other general office duties such as opening and/or closing the office, typing, filing, answering phones, and assisting with weekly reports.
Perform additional duties, responsibilities or projects as assigned.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications Summary
The selected applicant must be friendly, detail oriented, self-motivated, exhibit a positive personality with excellent communication skills, possess computer skills, and be sales motivated. Experience in leasing and proficiency with Yardi Voyager software is a plus, but not required.
Must be able to work weekends. Selected candidate will be scheduled Monday-Saturday during business hours.
