OB TITLE:

Senior Systems Engineer

DESCRIPTION:

Our client, which is a local home construction company in north Dallas, is looking to hire three Senior Systems Engineers. This is a company that have been around for a few decades, is a leader in the home materials space, and has a good track record on the NYSE.

Right now, the VP of IT is looking to grow the team of 10 total. These three added engineers will be helping with a few initiatives - helping with server builds, a new backup roll out, and general systems administration. Ideally, looking for engineers skilled with Windows, Cisco, Citrix, VMware or Hyper-V, Active Directory, Group Policies, O365, and PowerShell.

This is a full-time role, will be onsite four days per week but will turn into more hybrid once fully ramped up. Salary range of $100-120K plus 10% bonus along with a 10% 401K.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of Systems experience
• Active Directory/Group Policies
• Solid understanding of programs such as: Office 365 and Exchange
• Experience with VMs - HyperV or VMware (preferred)
• Practice with network monitoring & metric applications, troubleshooting, analysis

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors or Associates degree
• Firewall experience is a plus
• Any experience with racking and stack is beneficial
