Orlando Group is seeking an experienced roofing Sales Professional experienced in Residential Shingle Sales.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Identifying roof deficiencies and weather related damage.
Quoting repairs on roofing and other exterior items.
Performing high-quality roof inspections.
Roofing Sales Only-No responsibility to coordinate and install roof repairs.
You must have knowledge of steep slope (Shingles) roofing systems.
You must be customer service oriented and have a passion for doing things right.
You must be able to climb ladders and lift a minimum of 50lbs.
We are a drug free workplace and will require drug screens of all candidates.
You must have strong computer skills. All of our systems are conducted on tablets.
You must have a current DL and good driving record.
You must possess a high level of professionalism and motivation.
You must be a self-starter, an effective problem solver, trust worthy, and very organized.
You must be able to effectively/timely communicate in writing, face-to-face or by telephone with customers.
You must be willing to be on-call 24/7.
