FORMAL HR JOB DESCRIPTIONESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (functions considered essential as defined by ADA)Provide administrative support for the Success Factors HRIS system.Work with HR business team, HRIS team, business leaders and IT teams to ensure system functionality and accurate and timely reporting.Utilizes HRIS to design, develop and analyze reports such as: headcount, turnover, hiring trends, exit interviews, compensation, etc.Act as a liaison between HR groups to identify and design reports as needed.Works with necessary business partners on process improvement related to system efficiency and analytics.Participate in the testing and implementation of all HRIS upgrades.Must be a SuccessFactors Certified Professional.Responsible for supporting the following modules:SAP SuccessFactors (SF)Core HRPerformanceLearningCompensationRecruiting & OnboardingWorkforce Planning & Analytics The following listed duties are essential job duties and responsibilities to the specified concentration in SuccessFactors:4+ years? experience configuring and implementing SAP HR, with recent certification in SuccessFactors.At least 1-2 projects implementing modules in Success factors.Experience as an end user or with functional / technical implementation in SuccessFactors.Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing.
