We are currently seeking a Level 2 Tech lead - North America for a permanent full time position with a Client in Dallas, TX
Requirements and skills:
- 5+ years work experience in the Arcade industry/Coin operated redemption games
- Fork lift operator license needed
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Preferred working at different manufacturer or large Family Entertainment Centres
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide superior customer service while tracking and following up with possible issues
- Computer and game repairs on new and existing games
- Review, test and implement troubleshooting documents for new games
- Manage & dispatch the spare parts in US
- Level 2 customer support calls for on field games in US
- Prepping and making test games ready for various FEC tests.
- Shipping and dispatch handling for test games
- Visit on sites for games set up and troubleshooting for test games
- Visiting and troubleshooting games at customer sites for some escalation
- Setting up of games at major expos in US, Amusement Expo, Bowl Expo, IAAPA and smaller distributor expos.
- Travel upto 20%
